@Silver Bullitt beat me to it. There was at least one guy on here in 2018 who said the factory cancelled his order because all the manual transmission 5.0 mageride builds had been allocated. I.E., Ford has so many sets of magneride available in any given model year and once they are all gone...

IMO, this is great, but not enough. The cutoff should be pre OBDII vehicles, which are now a nightmare to get smoged. Really, how many pre 1996 vehicles do you see running around anymore? As usual, California has solved a problem that doesn't exist.
