Took pictures of the ZL1 Addons splash guards I installed last Friday.

Try an easy out/screw extractor. Use a high speed tool (Dremel) to smooth the end of the broken bolt and start a pilot hole, then drill the pilot and use the extractor. Take your time and go slow. Check out ZL1 Addons. That have a plate holder that also can double as a tow hook (with additional parts) for track days. It's no cut, no drill, but you do have to remove the belly pan to mount the receiver to the crash bar. Plate holder attaches with a bolt that goes through the lower grill.
