Up to this point the only difference I've seen is the 525 doesn't have a venturi so you will run out of gas before your tank is empty. Which was a big enough deal breaker for me.
  2. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Pretty typical to be right at e50. I've never seen it higher than e55. These pumps have only been putting out e50 for years so it's really well known where I am what pumps deliver what. Where people run into issues is with the e85 pumps. I'm on a fb group that is a community of people that run...
  3. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

There are 4 pumps within an hour of me that only have e50-e55. I do test every time I fill up just in case. A tester is like 20 bucks

Pressures are fine for e54. He'll be sending the logs for the runs too so I can dissect them.
  5. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

We did 4 runs in 40 minutes. First 2 were on the 105. 2nd 2 were on the 100. I'd have to get the 3rd run because that did hold up top and was 874 I believe. Then he added timing and fuel and it took a degree out on its own. He didn't feel that it was anywhere close to slipping but was more than...
  6. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

No belt slip that was a degree of timing being taken out. .78 up top On the last pass it was targeting 17 and had 1 degree of knock up top hence the drop in power. After he took the degree out we did not run it again. I arrived late. This was kind of pushed through quickly and he had another...

I did ask him to log boost so when he sends me the logs I'll let you know
  8. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Haha well The short answer is yes but if you're not going to go for high numbers then I don't think it matters that much.

Here is the graph for the g2 105mm vs g3 100mm
  10. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

G3 100mm E54 2020 Mustang GT 6spd PP1 Limiting factor was timing (fuel type). I believe it is 16 degrees up top. But the real story is how the power has shifted to hitting sooner and as expected gains are everywhere.

Your fuel setup is what? There's always going to be a drop without a return style. So far my tuner has felt the fuel system is more than adequate for the power.

Here is what the owner of the dyno sent me as far corrections go. I'm not fluent in this stuff so what he appears to be saying is standard correction is the norm and uncorrected graphs are hardly ever used. I've only ever been to the same dyno. With correction it was 782 and 570 so about a 3%...

Well that is the plan at least lol. The DW400 415plh went in tonight. Very simple install. I also got a 100mm pulley just for fun to see what it will do but the plan remains to just test the previous setup 2020 Mustang GT 6spd PP1 Stock TB and manifold G2 105mm LU47 BAP &Walbro 525 E54 809/590...
  15. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Oh ok but still you can get a return style for a few more hundred.
  16. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

For that mo For that money why not get a return system?
  17. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

That should be a lot safer in my opinion. I would've hated for what happened to me to also happen to you. Plus having the peace of mind really is worthit.
  18. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

I removed the T fitting and reducer on the side of the road lol. I had a hose that would work to connect to the pump. Like I said I thought ahead and had tools with me. I'm going to swap in the dw415 on monday.
