There are a few good car audio shops out there but there are also some complete butchers out there. Think 19 year old that doesn’t know what a fuse is and a pocket full of butt connectors ready to go to town on your wiring harness. Do your due diligence.

Rubbing alcohol has always been my go too. When that doesn’t work I resort to carb cleaner but be careful with it. It will hurt some finishes.

You can unhook your spark plugs one at a time to see what cylinder is causing the problem. I am going to guess a valve guide but since most cars run a PCV system, who know how widespread bad valve guide problem actually is on these cars. I personally would do a leak down test to check the ring...

Larger injectors lose resolution since they are moving more fuel and the pulse width is lower than smaller injectors. At high Rpm/load it is the same but not at idle. They will be less precise so a random miss at idle comes with the territory.

Since their air two adjustment points on the mirror, try moving the upper adjustment point and readjusting the lower point to put the mirror to where you can see. What you have most likely found is the harmonic resonance of the tuning device(mirror). Your car is producing some frequency at that...

Yep. The biggest problem I see is that trunk area being compromised. It is going to be right on the fine line of fixable or totaled.

If it was just replaced it is most likely not the battery but I always start with the simplest thing and work my way up. I personally would check battery and battery connections before moving further in the troubleshooting process.
