  1. GT Misfire Issues

Not always. Compression and leak down will most of the time tell you if she is hurt. Examine the spark plugs as you pull them. Thats usually a pretty big tip off.
  2. 2021+ 4-piston rotors?

It’s standard hat vs reverse hat. Standard hat has the cooling on the wheel side and reverse hat has the cooling on the suspension side. The benefit from standard hat is the rotors won’t warp like reverse hat. Standard hat rotors have a straight mating surface with the wheel and rotor which...
  3. 3.15 vs 3.55 gears in a 2022 automatic GT

Friend has a 3.55 car. I have a 3.15. Zero difference on the street. He wins one. I win one. Cars are always side by side with a fender difference. If my wife is with me he wins more. If his fat ass GF is with him I win by more.
  4. Normal oil consumption?

I also have an 18 and my experience is similar. What I have found is my car burns to about 1/4 above the bottom hole and stops using oil. I have zero clue why but when I do oil changes I have filled to the top hole and filled to the middle. Without adding it any oil, the next change will be at...

I have never heard of Ford having any record of this on the ECU. A few manufactures (BMW) have done it though the years but I don’t know of any cars that have this feature anymore.
  10. How much sun will damage your paint longterm?

Any sunlight does damage. It’s all about exposure. The damage you are talking about is mostly in the clear coat in lower exposure and can be somewhat mitigated with a good wax to keep the oxidants off the clear. It is also my experience that brighter color base coats do fade quicker than...
  11. Capacitor

If your lights dim when the bass hits, get a capacitor sized to your system. If you run undersized wire (or CCA) get a capacitor or run proper wire. Otherwise they are a waste of money.
  12. Don’t use Royal purple (gen3 coyote)

Yep. I run it. But funny enough in all my years I have never heard of a synthetic motor oil destroying or saving an engine. It’s almost as if it doesn’t matter….
  13. Don’t use Royal purple (gen3 coyote)

I can’t believe people still think motor oils are different.

  15. Ford Motor company where r u?

Here let me show you. Electrification is a great idea and ICE is dead. We are discontinuing the mustang after the S650. Or on the Bronco forums There is nothing wrong with you hard top. You abused it to cause those problems. Or on the lighting forums These trucks probably won’t burn down...
  16. Ford Motor company where r u?

If anyone understands anything about social media it is this, your comment is just a grain of sand on the beach right up until you say the wrong thing. Ford isn’t going to say anything.
  17. Boundary oil pump gears are they really necessary?

Should I install oil pump gears. No. Should I buy some oil pump gears and throw them in while everything is apart? Yes.
  18. Jacking Rails Improve Stiffness???

Lol The placebo effect is real. If a car is flexing where those rails go, it has bigger problems.
