I don’t think it’s a positive or negative. The point is we don’t know. Anyone that says these vaccines can’t have long term side effects in unborn children is mistaken. Long term facts for or against are not available.

That is my biggest problem with the huge push to vaccinate. Statistically not wearing a seat belt is more dangerous then covid in my age group but I could post about seat belts being terrible and get crickets. Post about the vaccine being largely untested in the medium term for pregnant women...
