I have no personal problem with you. You are probably a really nice guy but you have parroted information that has time and time again proven to be completely wrong.

Neither of you live in...
I have taken an air hose and blown the dirt out of the rears when dry and before I wash the car. I usually follow up with the jet sprayer on the hose. Mines seem pretty clean after.
The fronts I normally use a rag on with soapy water but I have used rubbing alcohol (ran over some latex paint)...
Intervals stayed the same. Oil dilution is certainly a consideration but is more of a longer term issue.
My car burns 2 quarts every 5k miles. If I changed the oil every 10k I would be risking cavitation on a 8 qt system. 10 qt is cheap insurance for a warranty provider especially on an engine...
There are so many ways to get to 5k miles. 70 hours at 70mph or 5k 1/4 mile passes. My car is usually 2 qts low at 5k mile oil change. There is a reason Ford went with a bigger oil pan.
OP You can check the cam caps for damage and if they look good the cheapest option might be to pull the oil...
Just send the oil for analysis when you change it. They will tell you if the car is burning coolant. Short of tearing it down it’s pretty hard to know where it is going.
If it is still under warranty just buy the extended warranty from someone. It’s cheap insurance against worry. 10 year 100k...
My theory has always been some cars lose coolant(mostly water) vapors at some point cooling down. I smell coolant from time to time in the garage after driving my car. Not every time just intermittently. It has lost about and inch of coolant in 25k miles. I put a marker dot on the coolant level...
Did 53 on a bike down a hill. The goal was 55. 53 on a mountain bike scared me more than crazy fast on a motorcycle. My mountain bike wheels are very poorly balanced.
Have you looked into replacing the fuel injector wiring harness?
I have a suspicion this might be pinching or somewhat broken wire in the coil or injector system.
If you know someone that has a scope you could tap in and watch the injector or coil signals in real time.
Congratulations on a hell of a build. Those are really stout number on pump.
On the other side I don’t know if there is such a thing a safe on 91. I would stock up on boostane and keep those numbers above 96 or at least compensate for a bad tank of 91. 91 is living on the edge boosted. 8oz per...
Call Sherwin-Williams and price paint with a high quality clear.
Have a feeling you will be getting a shop to do it.
If you still want to try a good HVLP gun from harbor freight will do what you want. Make sure to put a regulator on the gun. Run full line pressure in your hose.
Like everyone...
They do just fail. Like any mass produced part every XXXX is going to fail.
Now the real question is if you are at factory RPM would the engine be covered under warranty since your modifications had zero to do with the failure?
