I'm at 6000 feet as well. Best I've done is 6.4 with my 6spd MT, stock tune, ebay intercooler, 20" foundry wheels on P Zeros, and 3.31 gears. I'm positive I could hit 6 seconds, but I'm losing too much time in the 1-2 shift, I think. Turbo's might not be as impacted as NA motors, but they...

Dude, we're pushing 2.3L 4 cylinder engines past 400hp. Blowing them up is just part of the game. :D

If you aren't going to change your intercooler, I would get the Ford Pro Cal tune. It's pretty tame compared to the third party tunes but provides a pretty stout bump in power under the curve. I believe it's a 50-60hp average gain across the curve up to peak power which is a 25hp gain over stock.

Absolutely. Very few people are foolish enough to do THAT on a daily basis in our 300/400+ HP cars.... :D I certainly don't. ;)

I haven't heard an RS yet, but I think my catback sounds pretty good. There's no raspiness under load at high RPM. At idle it's deep and burbly with some popping when revving. I'm still on the stock downpipe so it's a bit quieter than I would like, but I'll fix that with an aftermarket downpipe...
