Well I got everything back from coating including the 2020 GT500 valve covers. I’m waiting on the new sleeved longblock so mocked it up on the old engine and it turned out even better than I envisioned.

Blew a ring so tearing out the engine was we speak, where’s the best place to purge the AC system? There’s a black cap near the rad or the blue one near the valve covers.

Well this was my first time at the track with this setup and I’m pretty happy. 4000 DA and 7.5 cylinders. 9.43@147 on 13.8psi I did a compression test a few weeks ago, all cylinders were between 195-210 except #7 was only 120! New sleeved gen 3 longblock is being built as we speak.

Well I got my new tools just in time for my Kmember to show up. I got a 2 stage trans jack, engine support bar and underhood light. Sure made the install go smoothly! Amazing the access I now have to everything.
