What is the minimum thickness for the stock rotors for the 2015 V6?

After 110K miles noticed my struts are leaking and it is time to replace them. What brand of struts would you recommend and why? I am casual driver not interested in any fancy mods like lowering etc. My main priority is reliability and comfort. I am thinking in just buying new OEM struts
