Here's the stock factory listing for both Ford and Motorcraft...

Here's a cross to a number of aftermarket belt part numbers. I highlighted what I show up above plus a listing from Bando for an 8PK1775 belt...

If you then look at Litens' 2.90" pulley product page, you see they list supplying an 8PK1775 belt which crosses to the original factory belt, an excellent match if you are using the GTD/DH SC/Raptor R pulley.

TLDR: I can use the stock belt.

Regarding tuning or not I can only say that I'd like to do it right and match the tune to the components I plan on using. Optimizing it all is what I'm aiming for.

I see on the Litens, they give you that little "cap" .........

Travis is a good friend. He's always at the forefront of power with Ford trucks. I ordered the VMP lid he showed there but the street brick for cooling, not race.

Finally picked up a Litens 2.7" pulley. I put the 2.9" Raptor R pulley on but I've come to learn that the ported blower needs a bit more mojo to really shine. Don't get me wrong, the car screams now, I just want to nail down the "efficiency island" or sweet spot on 93 pump and the 2.7" pulley should help to get me there. I posted the instructions because they are impossible to find if they didn't come with your pulley. Beefcake Racing was a huge help here.

I like to just leave them. That way, next time I do that job, don't have to hunt for the right tool.
