I I just found a great deal on a brand new Ford performance pack radiator for under $100. I just picked it up and I’m about to install it. My car was built by Brenspeed in Indiana. They use peak 50-50 Gold coolant. I did just pick up 2 gallons of it hopefully that’s enough. What coolant do you use? I am also about to install the thermostat. The housing is behind my Pro charger’s head unit very very tight and annoying! I am still waiting on a new harness for my fans so I only have the driver side fan running. I wonder how much this is going to help with that second fan still down.

I think I used Prestone when I did mine (it was the cheapest at O'reillys)

What are the YouTube videos don’t show is how terrible it is to separate the condenser from the radiator because it literally grabs onto it with these upside down tabs, as if you’re supposed to pull the radiator out from the bottom of the car 😂

Great price on the PP rad!

I used Motorcraft yellow.

Now would be a good time to flush if you are planning to. While the lines are disconnected.

Oh yeah, did you check the fan wiring and sockets while its apart? Much easier to do it at this time.

Thanks for the pics!

See anything that could be causing your fan issue?

The inside of the socket does look like a lot is getting in there.

Could it be like the bouncing windows where socket cleaning and some dielectric grease to seal the connection resolves a lot of them?

I think the harness end is what’s not working properly because it only works if I twist it a certain way. It may need to be re-pinned but I don’t know how to do that. I did order a replacement
