again..if you set it to 70 degrees and auto...and it is 100 degrees outside, the system will set to full fan and full "cold" as the most efficient way to reach the desired temp.

controlling the fan or temp is just a waste of time. figure out what temp you are comfortable at, and let the cars climate system do it's job.

During the summer, i usually have the temp set at 70 to 71 with the blower at 2 bars when I drive in a tshirt and shorts.

it was cold for the first time in NY (30s) and I set the temp to 72 but the vents were blowing cold air? it wasnt until 75 did I feel some warmth in the air. is this normal? I had a long sleeve shirt on with no jacket when I was driving and 72 was too cold for comfort. I usually complain about being too hot.

Any chance you have dual zone HVAC and the passenger side was set at or almost all the way to full cold?
