That sounds nice but unless you guys are all pro-type drivers the performance and "feel" with these types of lighter components is negligible. Interesting video on wheel weight and performance differences, (yes, there is, but it's very modest).

This article by Billy Johnson on MotoIQ lays out the wheel stiffness reality for carbon fiber rims vs aluminum.

https://motoiq.com/tested-carbon-revolution-carbon-fiber-wheels/

Check out page 7.

This article is why I run OEM GT350 (aluminum) rims bolted onto my CCM brakes on my GT350 at the track. I can get even tire tread temperatures across the tread with -2.2 degrees front camber, not the -3 to -4 degrees that has become so popular with S550's. I get light weight from the CCM brakes combined with rim stiffness with the 30# OEM wheels. The great brake performance is a bonus.

And as for what the guy in the video says, he's right about the feel you get from low unsprung weight. The car drives very differently when the weight goes down. I noticed it on the street within a couple of blocks of rolling out of my garage with my new CCM brakes back in 2017. At speed on a race track, the car requires less work to drive fast. There's a lot to like.

If you don't think 70+ pounds off the rotating mass on a GT350 is going to feel different, I don't know what to tell you. the car feels more nimble, steering is lighter (almost too much ) than compared to stock. It was obvious right away. Additionally, I run slightly smaller tires (Billy Johnson has talked about this as a benefit) so I save on diameter (gear ratio benefits) and about a pound per tire as well. So I'm at 75# unsprung weight reduction compared to stock.

I don't track the car, I care about how it feels with spirited street driving. To me, it was well worth the weight savings. I'm still toying with the idea of adding another 14 pounds of savings with the rear discs, but I've held out so far.

Just purchased these RB CCBs & getting replacement rims to further lower rotational mass. This will be awesome - these iron brakes & 31# rims are boat anchors. Thanks to the excellent CCB brake summaries by many on this forum - jewels of knowledge man! ;o)

What tire setup are you running? Which wheels?
