I feel like I need to go to Ford and lean out there supply chain and increase manufacturing OEE. I hate hearing production is beong held up by parts.
It is not being held up by parts, production hasn't even started. Remember, Ford does not schedule cars on a first come first serve basis. I ordered my car on the first day and it may not get scheduled until next year. A lot of factors are considered other than parts when it comes to scheduling.

This thread is going nowhere because it is based on a false assumption.

I waited 10 months from order for my 350R to be built... many waited longer. It wouldn't suprise me that many, especially with the CFTP to see them in April or May of 2020, even if ordered early July.

And I waited about a year and a half for HR871. People better start learning patience.

Have you taken into consideration that no 2020 GT500's are in production and the first ones won't get sent to plant until sometime in Sept? How many GT500's are going to be built each week? Can you post any Vehicle Visibly Report that support your statements?
Mine went from ordered, to clean to build date overnight

Your order must have had a lot of help from someone above the dealer level. Yours is the first I have heard of.
When did you order the car?

This is what I'm getting at; once the VOC is created and DORA is obtained, most vehicles go straight to Unscheduled-Clean.
V00D00 is proof of this, his order status timeline matches 99% of vehicles built by Ford, and has no current holds if at the Clean step.

We have a unique case for GT500 as most orders are going to material hold first, a hold generally placed by the assembly plant. This is why I am trying to figure out if the hold is due to a specific build.

Despite the build not occurring until early Sept, we should be seeing Unscheduled-Clean if we are simply awaiting a scheduling action to take place.

Additionally, I cannot publicly post information from the vehicle visibility system without breaching the company's trust...not worth disciplinary action...

So it's status was Material-Hold for 22 days before it went to unscheduled-clean on July 24? Going from Clean to VIN in one day is just good luck.
My 2013 was listed as Unscheduled-Clean on Aug 17, 2012 and changed to Scheduled to Week on Nov 1, 2012
Thanks for clarifying.

I'd say it's the CFTP Ford used most of the allotment on all the prototype and preproduction cars.

I think he means order was placed July 2nd (VOC submitted to bank), DORA generated, and then unscheduled-clean roughly the next day or so, is that right V00D00?

EDIT: I've confirmed that V00D00's vehicle was 'Unscheduled- Clean' on July 2nd, and 'Scheduled to Week' on July 24th. No material hold was ever applied to this order, even momentarily.
Additionally, Priority Code seems to have been changed from 019 to 001 on July 17th.

Here is my thought process, based on my familiarity with the vehicle visibility reporting and plant processing:
Within the first few hours of the order bank opening, maybe the holds were not applied, and therefore orders went immediately to Unscheduled-Clean. Upon realizing what was happening, the hold (that maybe was meant to be applied at bank opening) was applied to (all*) future orders.
If there was supposed to be a hold, but it was missed originally, there is a chance another hold could be applied, despite already being scheduled.
Once already scheduled, a Delay - XXX (multiple kinds) status could be applied, or a Scheduled- Manufacturing Hold may be applied.
Note a Scheduled- MFG hold can be for a number of reasons (material, labor, tooling/facilities, etc), and if a hold of any kind were to be applied to V00D00's vehicle after it was scheduled, I'd wager it'd be MFG vs any other kind.
However, I hope this isn't the case, and that you have no further holds, and I hope you get your car sooner rather than later!
I could be reading into it too much, and the vehicle really is scheduled as it states (MP2/Job 1 beginning in Sept).

Do we know how many members show Unscheduled- Clean vs Unscheduled- Material Hold?

*All future orders, or specific builds, that's what I am trying to get to the bottom of.
