Stripes and shift knobs would definitely work for sure. Installation shouldn't be expensive. He can probably even do it himself and you can help him out with it.

Hello Everybody,

I'm not sure what to get my husband for xmas this year. I'm not so much into cars like he is but I have a list of things I'd think he'd like. Would someone help me out with this decision. I'm looking for opinions from everyone to which is the best to get. He has a 2015 mustang V8 not sure if this helps lol. Please advise!!!

Below are the links of what I'm thinking to get him.

Thank you,
Tiffany<3
Did he provide the list with the exact items? If so, then just go by price, i.e. whatever you want to spend.

If he was NOT that specific, then the diode lights are the safest choice. I would say get the brightest set, and you can't go wrong.

This one I'm confused about?
Why are these made for the 15 & 16 when car comes with these lights already?
Or does this do something different then the factory ones
Different.

The hazards will be sequential with these plus everytime you step on the brakes it will light up sequential before staying red

If you think he'd really like the strips, then it would be cool to get them and then somehow get the car for a day and have them put on without him knowing.

I'd get the sequential tail light kit before the 4th brake light. Also, the LEDs are a good choice - at least the map, glove box and trunk lights. If you get the LED reverse/back-up light, get the brightest one (XP80), otherwise the others won't be much brighter than stock, just a whiter color.

I don't see the point in buying these for the s550. The tail lights are extremely bright and visible as is. It's not like we're riding a motorcycle that they have to flash more.

LOL thank you everybody for your opinions means alot. And I told him he better stay off this site hahaha. I know for sure he would really like the stripes but unsure if I buy them then how much do you think it would cost to put them on?
I'd say go with the stripes. They're pretty huge as far as a bang for buck upgrade goes especially if you know he wants them. As far as install I'd say maybe 100 or so for an experienced tint/vinyl installer to throw them on

Has NOTHING to do with safety, and everything to do with "coolness".

Haha I think it'd be much cooler if they flashed really quickly and then stayed solid like a motorcycle flash module does.
Thats what they do, everytime you hit the brakes............sequence once then stay solid
