I love my car. It's better than I expected and more capable than I could ever fully utilize. That said, a couple of tiny things which would be nice.

I would like more bass in the stereo. I'm not a drive down the road thumping kind of guy, but the bass is really really thin. Additionally I would love to have a proximity sensor up front. The front chin spoiler is so low, I'm terrified of breaking it on a curb. I find myself parking 2 feet back. Little stuff that certainly won't interfere with my enjoyment of this amazing car.

Are there any things, big or small, that you think could be better?

Actually having my car...that would be better.

Good thread to start though. Give people an idea of things to think about or look for.

On the splitter clearance...any chance you can measure ground clearance?

My S2k barely scrapes underneath on my driveway, trying to figure out if I'll need a ramp

I wish Ford would have addressed the rear wheel hop problem and installed a better shifter (like the Barton) on the standard transmission - the current one is pretty notchy. Other than that I love my Mustang and have no regrets...

JohnK, thanks for the input, but the thread was aimed at gt350 owners. It sounds like you have a really sweet gt pp. I'm sure it's an awesome car, but the intent was to be specific to the gt350...hence it's in the gt350 forums.

I'm totally agreeing with this I felt the same way

1. Too low to the ground.. best way to get around that is ask dealer not to install lip piece
2. I won't be using a front plate bracket so I'm afraid of getting bad attention from police
3. Bass for me doesn't bother as much

Sad to hear about the audio! I love a good system...

I'd be curious to know the ground clearance as well.

Well if it's any consolation - for the 100 year Mustang annviersary, they will probably fly themselves from the factory to your house... Either that or they will be 3D printed at the dealer and you can pick it up the same day you order it.

Things could be better. This is meant for people with cars or ordered cars. Get it.
Believe me I don't want to on here any more then you want to read this crap. I would be rather driving and giving feed back.

Haven't checked out the audio yet. Too busy listening to the engine!

The splitter thing won't be new to me as I felt that way with my 2015 GT as well and my 2011 GT before that. Just park farther back in the spot, or back in. It takes a little getting used to, that's for sure.

I do have a rattle from somewhere that's going to drive me crazy. It seems like it's coming from the rear view mirror or the little box above it, but I'm not sure. That's probably the only thing I've noticed so far that bothers me. On edit: the rattle is from my garage door opener, not the car. Still need to program the car's opener.

I'm surprised how quickly I got used to the light clutch. The shifter will take a little getting used to, but it seems fine to me.

Kind of glad the Tech pack doesn't have this amazing audio system, I was wondering if I missed out going with the track pack. I intend to replace my system and add a sub, I love music and will be putting a lot of miles on my shelby..

As for the lip, I think Ive learned to always back in or park super far away from previously owning a lowered car. Its just one of the annoyances, but I dont mind.

but to OP's question:

-wish the visibility is better, hood is high and long
-wish the steering ratio is tighter, although the steering feel is excellent in sports mode.
-wish the steering wheel is a bit thicker and maybe smaller?
