Heres a tip, when reinstalling your new wheel and plugging in the airbag, make DAMN sure those orange "clips" are pushed ALL the way in. Otherwise you'll be like me and after a day of seeing that orange airbag warning light on, you'll cuss swear and pull the airbag off again to push one of the clips the rest of the way in.

Pain in the ass that part. Oh and having to pull the battery and loose all the tranny learning sucks too.

Literally seconds after I read your tip, I went out to drive my car, and darned if the airbag light didn't come on! I didn't drive it after I installed it, just started it up and made sure the buttons worked. Had to put the airbag and sure enough my clips were not pushed ALL THE WAY down! LOL :headbonk:

Thanks for the tip!! Wish I had seen it Sunday! At least it keeps the radio and bluetooth settings saved.

Spoke to Brian at CJ and Ford is holding production on the steering wheel due to the exclusiveness of this wheel belonging to the GT350. I guess they don't want regular S550 owners swaping them in.

It's a sweet wheel and I would like to get my hands on one.

Double glad I finally bit the bullet when I did. JUST got in under the cutoff at levitown! I was going back and forth, but just went for it. So glad I did.

You can preorder a wheel. They are shipping out late this year/early next year.
