Make sure your getting good vaccum from you lines and that your maptap is not leaking.

I checked all connections map sensor adapter is tighten and the hose connector is secure by Blue lock tide. At idle my car is 3/4 to 1k rpm. Air n fuel ratio is at 14. It go pass 20 when I his boost and let go the throttle then back down. Boost n vacuum idle at 20. At high boost around 3k rpm, let the gas go I some time heard the same sound that the bov make from map installation of the turbosmart bov. Below that all I get is a small and short Ppp.

With the car running pull the vacuum line off the bov and see if your getting any suction.

Off from the map sensor? From my previous description
. Does it sound normal or just need adjusting?

At the turbosmart bov. At full boost you should get at whoosh from your bov

It's all how you feel. Most people I've talked to run theirs almost at full soft is what I do.

I'll adjust it today. I unscrew it to where the outing almost out and slowly tighten it.

I asked enFOURcer on another thread about the TS factory replacement BOV sounds. I noticed mine has 2 sounds that seemed like surge but...

... The Turbosmart stock replacement valve can have some low boost momentary surge type noise on some vehicles with an intake (seems there are a lot of variance with these vehicles).
Two things are happening, you now hear the re-circ port opening through the intake (that's where it vents to), and there is not enough pressure differential to fully open the VTA port (the ports are progressive). So you have two very separate ports opening at different times - re-circ first then vta second as pressure dictates.
It is not stopping the turbo and not hurting a thing.
Carry on and happy boosting!

Which I ring is the indicator?
looks like the rubber O ring is completed showing so its backed too far off. the large O-ring needs to be covered by the cap. I run mine at full soft just so the cap just covers the O-ring.
