Correct and its not an issue.Even Adam can confirm this, you're going to get flutter on any aftermarket valve with the stock turbo. That's one of the reasons why Ford went with the fully electronic valve on it. If you put these same valves on a larger (aftermarket) turbo, you'd see the problem disappear. With the spool characteristics of the smaller stock turbo, it makes it difficult to remove all instances, albeit small ones, of compressor surge.
Do you remember the color of the spring?I bought a different spring (lower spring rate) off of Turbosmart website. It got rid of 99% of flutter. I just don't hear them anymore.
