I was doing my oil change on my mustang EcoBoost when I hear it in the service tunnel and it was attempted to be hidden from me from the valet driver who was joyriding it. I ask my advisor why my car was taken back and he told me that the valet has damaged the front right bumper and splitter. What should I do? They said they would fix it but i don't feel like that would be enough But anyways here are pics

Wow that makes me angry! Hopefully someone here knows what to do as well as for the valet cause kinda seems like it was no big deal for them

The manager brought out the car and explained that he'd find out who did it and get it fixed aswell as give me a loaner i understand if it was an accident fix it and we would be okay but the fact that it was hidden by valet and no one owning up to it pisses me the hell of I demand some kind of incentive for this inconvenience

That really sucks.

It's not much, but you should at least get lifetime free oil changes... Anything else is going to be long and drawn out.

It's sad and I bet they are not even going to wash it for you afterwards, I'm really starting to hate dealerships! Wait that doesn't sound right, I'm really starting to hate stealerships!

I am very disappointed as they hire kids to do valet. A couple days before my car was brought in for misfiring and this kid is flooring it out of the garage and it starts to misfire and make all sorts of ugly noises i got so upset when he gave me the car. I asked him what were you thinking he just said "sorry sir".

true, my cousin took his car in for regular service and the kid leaves the car in neutral and it starts to roll backwards and slams into one of their brand new cadillac escalades and causing damage to his rear bumper

OP, this stinks. I hope the dealer compensates you appropriately. I'm a little surprised at the lack of comments this has generated. I've read a number of threads with members catching a Ford service rep on video making negative comments about their car. The service they provide is good, but the valet makes a negative comment while sitting alone in the car. Those threads blow up. "Fire the guy!" vs. "He's entitled to his own thoughts while alone." Pages upon pages making a mountain out of a molehill. Then I stumble upon this thread, where actual damage has occurred - where the owner has a legitimate complaint concerning his property. Where's the outrage crowd?
