You never mentioned your weight calculation was WITH driver. I put face value in your post and didn't assume anything. try clarifying next time. It makes you look uninformed. Even 3900lbs with 475whp goes faster then 11.80. So no I don't regret the face. You drag racing noob.

Yeah, "I" look uninformed. Here, I'll clarify for you. This car doesn't drive itself. People have a weight to them. When you use a calculator, you use the total weight of the car going down the track and the MPH to estimate ET. How did you think it worked? Clear enough? I doubt it. Just because I made you look dumb is no reason to lash out.

I don't use "et calculators" I don't need that. Know why? Because I have decades of drag racing experience. You didn't make me look dumb in the slightest. To me it looked like you didn't know its actual curb weight. You're still wrong on the ET too.

Ok everyone relax, lol. Realistically he has a point because people's weight is obviously not a set value! :D

So you know the difference between drag racing and bench racing. Bench racing is what's going on here, it's not an exact science. We get it, you've said it in a bunch of threads, you're an awesome drag racer - you can keep patting yourself on the back but we're all just guestimating here.

Funny you said that. I wonder how many other people justified adding the electronics package to the R by committing to a diet to lose some of that weight, lol.

Not everyone has to bench race. Get some actual experience and you wont have to.

I know my way around a quarter mile track. I'm not awesome, but I've had plenty of experience. I'm aware that the MPH shows that they're capable of much better, I was just pointing out that the only direct competition for them right now, the Z28, ran pretty much the same as the 350 and a tad slower than the R in stock trim with MT driving all of them. They're road racing cars, so drag racing in stock trim may not be stellar. That's all. The R should run low 11s@122 with a hard launch I'd guess.

I think the new m2 is a better competitor for the gt350 TP.

That really depends on how much power they give it. If they neuter it, it wont be close.

low 11s will never be achieved in stock trim with any type of launch.. These cars will never see that. It's going to need a few bolt ons and a tune to even get near.

I meant with a tire, not completely stock. 120 is more than enough MPH for low 11s.
