Yeah, it would if the plugs that were in my Stang at the time the factory plugs. Should have mentioned in my original reply that I had replaced the factory plugs with Denso plugs. I like Denso plugs. I've used them for over 20 years and never had one fail before.I was pretty surprised when I figured out it was a bad plug. Put in all new plugs and car has been back to running beautifully now for 2 weeks.

Yeah, idles so smooth I have to hold on to the gear shift knob to feel that the engine is on.

Just came back from the dealership they didn't even touch my car... But anyways I noticed on the way back car only misfires under load. I do not have NGK 6510 available near me nor do i have DENSO ITV22 i live in the 33027 area if you could recommend a plug that is availble near me that would really help. What hear range am i looking for?

Sorry evan. I tried looking for those plugs and tried to cross reference those plugs to other plugs that might be available in your area and came up with nothing. I think your best best would probably be to order them online and get them shipped to you as fast as you're willing to pay. You have to search for the plugs directly. Both the NGK 6510 and the Denso ITV22 are one step colder than stock, so they won't show up if you do an online search for plugs that fit your car. Searches will only show up plugs in the stock heat range; I believe that's 6509 for NGK, and I know it's ITV20 for Denso.

Edit: Yeah, I forgot, but I shouldn't have, that MAPerformance has those.

22.48 psi

That is the number where the 2.5bar map sensor in the intake manifold pegs, you need to look on your logs where that is pegged and look at tip boost prs kpa, then convert that to psi to get your true boost amount, since that sensor is 3bar. Adam can probably explain better than I.

AFAIK, no
1bar is 14.7 so that = 0vac , 2bar =14.7psi boost, 3bar =29psi .
the sender has to cover 30" of vac all the way to boost .

Stock has 3bar sensor and in this thread MAP uses 4bar to get higher boost coverage .
http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33101

So it seems to get above 27psi boost you'll need 4 bar MAP sensor .

The difference is in gauge pressure vers absolute pressure .
