I got my VIN today!!!

So today I got a call from my salesman who gave me my vin!!! How can I use this to track my car's progress from scheduling, to production, to shipping, to delivery???

I know this has been more than touched upon, but I can't be the only one who would appreciate an organized listing of resources that can be used.

To my knowledge, Cotus hasn't worked for a single GT350 yet..

I'd suggest calling the Ford Performance Group 800-FORD-SVT (367-3788)

Let us know if Ford Custom Order Tracking works on your GT 350 ? Ford customer service emailed me today that it is not working.:shrug:

This is the best way to track your car. The people there are very helpful and friendly. You need either the vin or Order # and dealer code#.

I bought form a really small "home town" dealer in Calhoun, GA. Prater Ford.

Cotus couldn't find my car. I was going to call my dealer Tues if it was still finding nothing.

You will not find anything, so far COTUS does not appear to be working at all for any GT350 order. Deysha from Ford Service has confirmed this and that it is still in its pilot stage, so it wont work for all cars

So you can check with Deysha on here or call Ford Performance directly.

With a 0743 vin don't you think he will have his car by late oct or early nov ? Remember they are not building any R's in the winter months.

That's not too bad, mine is scheduled for week 10/12, of course that might not happen....There are a LOT of cars scheduled that week . My vin is 0649. Yeah forget cotus at his point. Good luck

You would think but build dates have been slipping ....Seeing his # might be closer than that. Truth is nobody knows addle: As I said earlier, I have build date at week 10/12 now, that puts delivery into deep november for me. Just in time for the snow :doh:

Just asking but a build date of 10/12 and it ships in 1 week wouldn't that put you @ early nov.
