Junk on a stick? This person doesn't seem to be playing with a full deck. I wonder what compels him to keep saying the same thing over and over. An obsession with the word "junk"?

Inside a car is now a public place? Plz go back to law school if you ever went. The recording is legal. There is no expectation of privacy in a public place.
it is not illegal to film the public...even if someone is in a car... the car is in you guessed it! public.Inside a car is now a public place? Plz go back to law school if you ever went.
Man the police would love you. No warrant just search your car anytime they want because you think your car is a public place.
That aint even the worse part. The worse part is he put your car in a touch car wash. Now theres swirl marks all over!
Um recording inside of the car is not a public place. We're not talking someone on the sidewalk with a video camera seeing in because the windows are clear.it is not illegal to film the public...even if someone is in a car... the car is in you guessed it! public.
cops searching a car is totally different thing lol
We're not talking criminal acts you can see through the windows but someone's voice with the windows up. That sure falls under "reasonable expectation of privacy"If you think you truly have the same expectation inside you car as inside your home, try driving around naked for awhile and see what happens.
