R Stripes on a GT350

[Hack]

I just remembered, there's a dealer in TX that's doing up '15 GTs with GT350 stripes and calling it an appearance package. lol. This particular one has R style stripes.

I like the blacked-out emblems. Interesting the views they show. I wonder what the stripes look like when you are looking at the top of the hood?

Here are stripes I made for my Jeep, put the red down first the the satin black (not flat black) over the top..

You can't get black stripes on a non R . So I will order a black non R stripe delete and add the black stripes with red accent. The matte black looks really good with the gloss black. Like the boss stripes from the 70's and current one.

Vinyl....paint would not look as consistent (my luck anyway) and to permanent.

Love the look on that car. Isn't that flat black striping though? I'm pretty sure it's just the way the light is hitting it which makes it look silver there. :cheers:

The red accent stripe looks too wide on that, at least compared to the early builds I have seen on the street.

Well that was on the Pre-Prod one at Barrett Jackson back in April when I saw it in person... here are a couple of more pics for reference. It was like a matte or flat dark gray stripe... but pretty close to black as you can see.
