Omg the 2016 Camaro has remote opening and up to 30mph top operation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is nice... but I'd not want the first year of that for sure. I could have used that 30 mph feature in traffic today. I pulled over and dropped it...

But not needing those silly caps would be nice... even though I don't use mine. Could have used them this weekend, but forget them at home.

The 30mph operation could be useful if it suddenly starts raining and you need to put the roof up fast, but wondering what safeguards they have in place if you start the operation at say 25mph then decide to floor it and accelerate up to 60mph. Is the speed limited or something?

As mentioned above the lack of the cosmetic caps is nice

It looks like it takes far longer for the Camaro's roof to go up and down than the mustang's.

It's fascinating to watch though!

Yes the Camaro's top is more expensive and it takes too much space away from the already too-small boot/trunk and I hear that there's an annoying thing inside that u need to move before you bring the top down to avoid crushing something in the trunk. It's similar to the Corvette's.

Seeing that video of the Camaro reaffirmed my decisions about the Mustang and how happy I am that I didn't wait to buy. When the mechanics of that top break..... OUCH!

"Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler", so said Albert Einstein. That Convertible top mechanism might just be too darned "slick" to work for more than 3 months. I would be willing to bet it will be problematic.
