Hey guys Ik a lot of us including me have been wondering what ford racings axles are rated at. Well after some research I figured out they are being made by Gforce, secondly after some emails to Gforce, the told me that these are comparable to their outlaw level 5 axles which are 1500hp rated which is great. And another good bit of info is that the ford racing axles should carry the lifetime warranty through Gforce. Ps these are the axles I will be going with, Gforce makes some bomb proof stuff

From cj's and american muscle they are $1650, so $50 fore than the 1400hp axles from DSS. But to me way worth it.

I have to agree with BMR! Oh and some of my BMR parts are on the way, will be ordering your vertical links next, any idea when the spherical lower control arm bushings will be released for purchase?

i thought i saw another post said they were 1000hp. . interesting. Any clue what the "anti wheel hop" tech is ?

Testing on the RLCA Bearing upgrade is completed, and they should be available sometime next quarter.

Anit wheel hop technology is a fancy way of mentioning the weights (heavier) and weight bias on the shafts. Think of them as a harmonic damper ("crank pulley") - some of them bias the weight towards the driver side shaft....and some just make the shafts much heavier to hep dampen the harmonics produced by the tire/wheel shake.

I'll probably go with the DSS 800 hp halfshafts. I can't personally justify the extra cost of the Gforce ones, if they had a comparably lower rated version it would be a tough choice.

Agreed. And if you're making over 800hp you have bigger problems to worry about than the shafts. Like, your engine, for example.

Our cars can handle over 800hp they have factory forged internals from what I've been told at least. Ik hellion has their 2015 gt at 950hp already
