JUST ORDERED THE CAR..
JUST TRYING TO DECIDE WHICH SC TO GO WITH
MY FRIEND IS THE SERVICE MANAGER AT THE FORD DEALER I ORDERED FROM

SO THE DECISION IS HARD TO MAKE AS HE SAID IF I HAVE THEM INSTALL THE FORD RACING/ ROUSH THEY WILL WARRANTY IT...

HE SAID HE CAN INSTALL THE KENNE FOR ME AND IT WOULD SAVE SOME MONEY BUT NO WARRANTY

ANY THOUGHTS?

ILL BE SWAPPING OUT THE PISTONS TO 9.5:1 EITHER WAY

ALSO IF ANYONE KNOWS.. WOULD I BE ABLE TO UPGRADE TO STAGE 2 KIT WITH ROUSH IF I WERE TO PUT THE STAGE 1 ON NOW?

Stage 2 for Roush would void the warranty.

On a side note, are you yelling at us?

I wouldnt be to sure about that, they have not yet release the stage 2 for the 15s. the stage 2 on the 11-14 is still covered am i wrong? Now the stage 3 i doubt it will be covered.

I was just going off what the sales guy told me at my local Roush dealer. I can't say how true it is, but I thought normally anything past phase 1 did not have a warranty.

If you do plan on running lots of boost, and you have the time / money to upgrade the motor, might as well. But if you are just planning on putting a roush, whipple, or kenne bell kit on, the stock pistons will be fine.

Cant give a definite answers for '15. 11-14 cars we offered warranty on all three kits. Both had to be installed with 5k or less miles and phase 3 only covered engine.

I would go roush too, price is right and roush had access to all of ford engineering, you know the kit will be reliable
