It's a done deal, after looking at your's, the wife has decreed that I can get the 'Stang but only in Deep Impact Blue.:hail:

I'm off to the dealer on Monday to try to reserve one that is sitting at the port spec'ed exactly as I want it.
Deep Impact Blue
Manual
Nothing Else.

Wheels from my Supra are the right PCB and hub bore, Tires are 245/45/17 Front and 255/40/17 rear.

I will probably keep my Lexus IS 200 as a winter/ people mover car if I cant sell it.

Well you need 91 or 93 octane for this vehicle regardless. PP with the high gears is what tuned me off from the EB because you're right it does defeat the purpose of great MPGs, I'll drive this car like there's no tomorrow and average 19 mpgs, drive it like a normal human being and get 24 in the city:hail:

Black in MY opinion is a color I will never choose again because it's always dirty and it hides the body lines of any car, sure it looks great clean and shiny for the 30 minutes it stays that way :D Plus in gloomy UK you want a color that will hopefully withstand some weather and still look good. Magnetic would be my choice in your shoes but try to look at both in person and then decide!
I have a Magnetic EcoBoost that I drive like there's no tomorrow [emoji6]. I'm in South Florida and we get our fair share of rain and Magnetic is gorgeous when it's clean but just like black, it's hard to keep clean once it rains and drives me crazy.

Congrats! Enjoy your Mustangs!

Get the blue first of all. And second of all looks, and reliability, are two things that should never be included in a sentence with a supra or skyline....

Nice R33, I was looking for a R33 GTS-T before I got my R34. I would say go with the blue, it is my second choice with the saddle brown interior.

The Skyline I agree, It was not reliable but I beat it hard.
As for the Supra, I want to see any other car live the life it did, 21 years 270000 miles, most of them done on the autobahns in Germany in the last 7 years of it's life. I have yet to see any other car measure up to the Supra in reliability

I'm Originally from Orlando! nice to meet a fellow Floridian Mustang Owner, Magnetic was my first choice but the wife really liked the DI Blue and I can live with it.

Over here in Germany it can rain for days on end, so I know your pain in keeping a dark car looking good.

It is much better to get your wife a blue car than to have a "blue wife"... You'll love the new Mustang and you will have a ball showing it off in Germany. It will be an uncommon car for sure. Just think of speeding down the autobahn with a happy wife at your side...she might even let you drive it some! LOL.

Really? I never had a skyline but I had a supra for about a year and it was not made well. The engine never had any issues but I can't say the same for the rest of the car. My sti was the opposite...car was made well, engine was junk. I've had a 2003 mustang that was junk too but both of the last two mustangs have been bulletproof knock on wood..

Vert turbo!!!!
I always said if an American company would build a turbo, RWD car with good looks and fuel economy, great handling, a good interior and a sub 30k price tag I would buy it.

I just got promoted to a management position in my new job and my only question is

Magnetic grey or Deep Impact Blue?, I cant decide!
If I did not get magnetic, I would move than likely go with white and put a blue stripe down the front and back....

I love my magnetic... I've always had black cars before, but the magnetic stands out in person. Of course, I have the vert and with the black top, it looks classy to me. Coupe, I'd get white and the stripe... there is one on here and I fell in love with that look. I'm not normally a stripe guy.

You're wife has good taste, DIB is gorgeous on the 2015 Mustang. To be honest, there really isn't a bad color on the 2015, they all are beauties.

Germany is a long way from Orlando and has great beer and Autobahn! Don't drink beer and drive on the Autobahn though. How did you end up in Germany? Are you with the military?

Yeah I came to Germany in 2001 with the Army. Left the Army in 2004 and stayed here as a contractor since.

And the beer and unlimited speed autobahns are amazing! First thing I'M buying is an access port to raise that stupid speed limiter. 121 mph? Mini vans will laugh at me over here.
