I was selected to take a lengthy survey on my ideal "sports car". It was clearly from Ford and clearly about the Ford Mustang.
Let's just say that if they make all the features a reality they surveyed me about we will ALL be happy.
The survey asked me to remain confidential and I want to respect that as much as possible but here's a couple tid bits I think are public info or as close to it via rumor so as it's technically not "confidential". I am as hardcore mustang as it gets and I know you guys are too and my heart is racing after taking the survey even though it's probably years before the features make it to the car (if at all) LOL.
Everything you see here is based on my OPINION from INTERPRETATION of the survey. They are by no means meant as anything but rumor mill. I make no assertions I am presenting fact of any sort.
-Likely going to see a 10speed auto and/or Flappy Paddle true DCT. 6 manual still base option.
-Mag ride and active exhaust will come as options.
-After market branded wheel and tire package options
- performance package offered along with more aggressive track package (improved performance vs. high performance)
- gauge cluster replaced with a screen (think Mercedes S class)
There are others but these are the ones that grabbed my attention, especially the DCT.
Enjoy.
