20% tint

Legal limit is 28% for the front here in FL. 15% for the rear. I'll probably say fuck it and just go 20% all around though.

Careful with that tint up there. Cop made me remove mine and I had 25%. I had to look up the law on it, last I checked no 2 door vehicles are allowed any tint at all. Cops are usually good about it there, guess I got him on a bad day.

I went with 20% all around as well, its not too dark at all and night driving is fine. I had 35% on my last car, legal limit for front windows here, and that was way too light. One of my previous cars had 5% on rear windows and back and that was a little too dark for my liking.

I haven't, yet. I've driven past cops and in front of them and haven't been stopped. In my old Lexus with 30% tints, I was stopped multiple times. Go figure.

Massachusetts DMV has a form I had my Doctor fill out, I mailed it in and got a letter back to keep in the glove box.

Driven all around them with no problems. But I do have a medical release I keep in the glovebox.

Looked up the nc rules and they are similar, did your doctor give you a hard time about it? And did you go to a reg doctor or an optometrist? Might give it a go worst thing is they say no.

FWIW, mine was on optometrist and my issue is actually night driving. Not glare from sunlight. Sun glasses fix that issue. It is cars coming up behind me at night blinding me. Plus my prescription glasses give me a halo effect around the lenses that is very distracting and blinding when hit from light behind.

i can see perfectly fine at night with the tint. doesnt bother me at all. I live in PA where all tint is illegal i just said fuck it ill take the risk. ive had all my vehicles tinted and no pigs mess with me
