Perhaps your right. Well see soon enough what cards Chevy has under the sleeve.I think this is more an under-the-skin deal. The 5th gen is, what, 5 years old now? By this point we'd be getting mid cycle refreshes, not a new model generation. So I take the Gen5 styling with a pinch of salt.
Corvette Engine and it weighs less than a Mustang. Throw in the ATS underpinnings and Ford should be worried.
The Mustang wins on styling by far. But mechanically I think we may get a surprise.
Edit: And yes, that hood shut-line confuses me. It would look 100% better at the front if it was a clamshell.
