Sucks about the car. I tends to happen with low vehicles though.

My wife had a Celica a long time ago and was trying to turn right out of a parking lot. Some guy in a jacked up jeep was next to her trying to turn left. He changed his mind, turned right and just like your corvette...literally ran over the car.

Some people just don't pay attention and it sucks. Glad you like the new ride! I've seen a lot of new stangs driving around here but NO guard in the flesh, looks gorgeous.

With that being said, I probably would have gone with the Scat Pack if I was going to pick between the two. I want one bad for some reason.

Thanks yeah I was thinking about one. Right now though I'm just doing Outlaw axel backs for now since this stock exhaust is Super Disappointing.

Yeah I almost pulled the trigger on the Scat Pack but then I thought of the 10 year old frame and the body panels thinner then paper and changed my mind. Ha

When I test drove two different 15 GT's, I thought the stock exhaust didn't sound too bad and it sounded louder than what my 14 GT did when it still had stock exhaust on it.

I would still have to put some type of different exhaust on it though because I like them just a little bit louder.

I really dig the ceramic interior. Curious how many Guards were built that way.... Ford really did hit a home run on the price point for this car. If you see another Guard in your area at a high rate of speed please don't pull it over, I might be relocating. You'll know it's me from the harness slots in the seats ;)

I was really nervous on the color combo but it's been complimented a ton. It does seem to be a rare combination but I love that.
