Ordered 03/03. What's your status?

I ordered 03/03 and still haven't received a Vin. It seems like people are getting their orders in 4-5 weeks or 10-12 weeks. I'm just curious to see where other people are in the process that ordered around my time line and their set up.

Took me 7 weeks to get a VIN...

Took me more then a month to get my VIN with a priority 10, which the highest priority you can get unless you already ordered and they had to re-order a car for you because the first one fell off the train.

Yea that sucks I'm priority 10 and going on week 4. I'm wondering if the set up of the build has anything to do with the production. I been watching orders. Seems like guard with saddle takes time to hit the production line. Wondering if that matters

I ordered 3/3 build is 3/30 and EDD is 4/18. I got VIN 3/24. GT with PP only.

Ordered 2/17 got a VIN 3/12 with a blend date of 3/31. Estimated delivery is 4/18 to Florida. So just around the average two months.

I ordered the same day as you and got my VIN on 3/12. My car just switched to in production this week. The rest of my order timeline is below in my signature. You're right. Wait is killing me but it wouldn't be so bad if I understood the process in which they manufacture these orders. I did call ford. They were nice but really didn't tell me anything. Same with the dealer.

The really mysterious par is the order > VIN stage (or if there is a QC hold). Here is how the scheduling works:

Orders are scheduled based on the following criteria:

-the priority code rating
-the dealer's allocation for each production week
-the ordered option content (assembly plant discretion)
-the receipt date

The receipt date is a factor when breaking ties for orders with the same priority code. Therefore, the date is the last factor.

So even a priority 1 and your dealer has allocation you may sit for weeks because they are not building cars with one of the options you selected.

I ordered mines last week 3/18 and got my VIN number and everything yesterday 3/26. Expected delivery date to be 4/20 so will see how that goes, could possibly be sooner

3 weeks from my order to VIN. Remember that they don't just produce these in a first in, first out order. Certain package options are pooled together and then assembled.
