They are the Julian Calendar weeks, Week 46 begins the 9th of Nov, week 47 begins the 16th and so on.

Nope. You will go into production a week before your car is built. I got mine on Monday, so my build date is next Monday the 10th. Your build date could be Wednesday-Saturday next week, so you should see your car go into production some time this week.
