I like ford boss side exhaust, the things I don't like about it first that it's an X pipe not an H pipe like is should be the original on the 2012 was H pipe I don't know why ford made all there exhaust with an X pipe, second that way to expansive for just the mid pipe.
I have several ideas on how it could be done with an H pipe
1) Buy resonator delete H pipe (MRT from cj pony or the lethal performance) and add the side exit to it.
2) Buy an H pipe from any muffler shop or jeg and custom build everything from zero.
My concern with 2nd option is how hard would it be to build the H pipe it's self, because the delete kits cost $240 MRT $300 LP may be have it made from zero come out more expensive the H pipe cost $45 plus the labor and tube there going to have to add to make it fit.
I don't know if what I'm thinking would be possible, but if so I don't think it would add up to the $1,050 that the original one cost. What would be a better choice between those?
Or just adding cut out any where before the axelback, would that make the same sound as making the side exit on the H part of the pipe?
