Not sure but take pictures of you do. Would like to see it pull it out of the water.

I think I recall seeing somewhere that the V6 was rated to tow 1,000 pounds. If that is correct, I bet the EB is very similar. For my Bronco, automatics are rated to tow more weight than manuals, so probably the case here too.

EDIT 6/2/15: on page 178 of manual, all three engines are 'rated' for 1,000 lbs (regardless of stick vs auto). Kind of silly when Corolla and Yaris 4 cyls are rated for 1,500 lbs!

I was down at the marina hear Sunday going as a third with a friend to demo a new wakeboard boat and there were ten stand up jet skiers dropping in to go out. Still way to cold for me to consider getting in the water to ski! ;o)

I used to pull a jet ski with a 91 prelude, so it will do it if you can get a hitch attached.

The only thing keeping me from trading my 12 for a 15 is the lack of an available tow hitch I don't tow anything but it's my daily and I have to get my bikes to races, so I use a hitch rack.

r u serious? the weight of the jetski+trailer would be fine, but...
Are you going to use always the same ramp and you know it?
what about its slope, and what if as usual it does get wet? ...rear wheels get in the water and ...shouldn't be a nice experience

I've seen trailer pkg with bikes attached to Mustangs, but proximity to water ...I wouldn't do that, but good luck....

my 2 cents

i use to have access to a good ramp but ill have to look around now. the tires getting into the water is the scary part. i sure as hell dont want to slip into the water.

I have a trailer hitch on my 09 Pontiac G6 for towing my kayak trailer. It works fine for that, but I am never backing up to put the trailer in the water - I just get close and unload. Besides, the car is front wheel drive so it should still have traction if I ever decided to try that.

The problem I do have all the time is that the hitch is so low that it scrapes the ground all time - going in to parking lots, even some driveways it scrapes.

And the rear end of the Mustang is a lot lower. It's gonna scrape - a lot.
