If you are already using E-85, what pump hanger are you using? also what injectors.

Yea i heard he was running E-85 but that was a bolt on car. I don't think the stock pump will handle anything over 500WHP

The stock pump on E85 has supported 600hp on boosted applications(BAP). Just need the right size injector. For stock trim and e85, LU47s will do the trick.

I'd like to see some basic bolt on/tune/e85 numbers. Will the stock injectors flow enough for e85 with cai/exhaust?

Why use e85 if your goal is only 650rwhp? Whipple will do that on 91 pump gas. ProCharger has some H.O. systems out there that are making 700rwhp on 93.

E-85 runs much cooler. It is a higher octane and almost never detonates so you don't have to worry about a bad tank of 91.. You could make the same power as 91 with less boost. I ran E-85 fulltime in my 13 and plan to do the same on my 15 in the very near future.

Trying to talk our Project Managers into putting some 127lb injectors and big pumps in our car. :) So we can put her on E85, and let her eat. :)

See what this ProCharger HO and STG2 system can do!!!!

Isn't it bad on the seals? I believe E85 use also voids your warranty. It specifically says in the manual to never use anything higher than E15.

If the car isn't set up for it tune wise, they won't run correctly.
However with a good custom tune for the E85 all is well.

Ford has actually been using E85 compatible fuel parts for years and years, long before it was a "thing" so it would be odd if this 2015 car didn't have them. I have not personally looked into it, so I cant say for sure.

However, E85 is NOT that much of an issue as people make it out to be.
Simple things make for enjoyable long term usage of it.

The #1 thing, don't leave it in a tank, and store a car over winter.
And #2, Run pump gas through it every once in a while, to clean up the build up on the injectors.

Pretty much every boosted car here in Kansas City, runs E85 and has for years and years. The only issue people have is trying to hold down the head gaskets, when pushing 30+ psi of boost. :)

just because you can, doesn't make it a good idea,

e85 works great on these engines, but we really don't recommend it without at least doing one of our stage 1 e85 fuel system.

you can squeeze by with a high voltage bap, but if you actually log the fuel pressure, you'll see it drop quite a bit

usually the id 1000s will help keep the a/f up, but it really isn't the way to go

You have done a 2015 already? The pumps are stronger then the 2011-14's at least what we have seen in testing. But yes, proper fuel system needs to be in place for the power level people want to achieve with E85.

My warranty is thing of the past. I already have oil pump gears and a complete twin pump return fuel system. HUNDREDS of 11-15 5.0's on E85 and zero issues.
