Anyone else having sync problems?

Just a few days ago sync was working perfectly in my car now all of a sudden it will connect and as soon as I try to play music it will disconnect the phone but still show the phone connection.

Has no problem connecting but just refuses to play music. I've tried both of my phones which are Samsung s4 and s5 and my tablet which is Motorola.

Any ideas?

Have you restarted your device. I have found that works sometimes when my BT headphones won't stay connected.

Yup pulled the battery in both phones and all no luck with it

Might pull the battery in the car

Once in a while my 14 will give fits when I try to connect my 5S, it is quite annoying. When that happens I just go line in but I wish I did not have to haha.

I usually will turn off the radio and disconnect my phone, sometimes not even that will help.

Yea I've been using a line for now and it sucks lol was hoping it would have cleared up by now but no luck :frusty:

Just tried the master reset and unhooked the battery no luck.

Guess time for a trip to the dealer tomorrow they can fix my hood alignment while their at it to lol

I just got this problem yesterday. Already did master reset SYNC but didn't help. I will try to disconnect battery and the SYNC fuse before take my car to dealer. Kind of annoying.

This problem reoccurs for me once every month or so... A pull of fuse 32 in the passenger footwell usual solves the problem... Debating wether or not to take it in next time it happens to have the module replaced/reprogramed.

I got he same problem. Took it to the dealer today. They reset it by unplug the battery. Now it's back to normal. Let's see how long this will last

Mine started working again about 3 days ago. And yea I have a lot of lag in my sync to. Makes me wish I had a premium now

my sync black screens sometimes and then restarts, glitches, restarts then sometimes freezes on usb until i shut down the car and start it back up it is fine. tech at ford couldnt get it to happen so they held my car for 6 hours, then called me and told me they cant do anything...gonna try the fuse reset...
