2015 right rear brake noise?? HELP!!!!!!!!!

Hello, I am in need of help.

My 2015 GT 5.0 is having a right rear brake issue; the issue is it rattles and sounds like it might be sticking. Here is a list of what I have done to fix the issue. I bought the car used and it had a Bear drag racing rear brake kit on it. I'm a track day kind of guy after racing SCCA.
1. Installed OEM replacement calipers and removed Bear brake kit. Went to a track day and it started making noises right rear like the pad was hitting the slots in the disk.
2. Installed new rear pads and bled brakes. Did a quick pad bedding and it was fine. After another track day the noise came back and was worse.
3. Installed a new set of rear calipers (Stoptec) issues went away. Installed Hawk track pads DTC30 and bedded them in, noise came back and is even worse.
4. Installed new bearing package, noise still happens.
5. Installed new knuckle, noise still happens.
6. Just had a new ABS control unit installed and noise still happens.

It makes the noise at low speed, high speed and coasting in neutral; the only time it goes away now is in reverse.

I'm not sure what to throw at it next? Has anyone had this happen and if so, how was it fixed?

Well concidering what you have changed. It sounds like a disc problem , kind of like it’s warped or not running true or a bad miss match of the pad and braking surface. Sometimes this will make your pad bounce in and out off the piston. And BUZZZZZZZ kind of like ABS going nuts.
Does it go away when you lightly brake ??

Also. How does that disc look when compared to others ? Evan surface , line , groves etc weird pattern on them ?

Did you rebleed your abs module?

Dust shield removed.

Pads show no marks, and I have Bowen Built installing the ABS controller, he bled it and reprogramed it.

Yesterday he removed all the panels that cover the brake lines to see if the car was in an accident that maybe kinked a tube but found nothing.

I'm not sure what to do next I was hoping that someone here might have ran into this before.

Yes, I can make it stop by pressing the brake pedal, but it comes back instantly. I can also make it stop by slightly engaging the e-brake but of course I cannot drive that way. I also disconnected the e-brake cable from that side, and it changed noting.

That does not sound like a brake rotor/pad issue. Have you tried swapping wheels and tires around? You have zero ABS lights, you can still get abs to activate etc? Something sounds like it is not tight, and when you apply the brake it is forcing everything back into position. I'd look for broken, loose bushings (there a a million in the rear suspension), Check your exhaust system make sure there are no loose broken hangers. Bent axle? Jack it up and wiggle everything. Differential bushings fail in these car all the time, that subframe is like a Church bell and will ring any vibration very loudly.

Hello Tommy, the brake bleeder works great I bought from you. No ABS light and it doesn't change when fuse and dyno plug pulled. I'll have him check the other stuff I'm open to anything.
