Got the belt out, no idea what you mean by crank support, you mean like a tool to get it on there?
i have no idea how to proceed now🥲

Ah I get it, you mean a crank support which has nothing to do with the belt, and they installed the belt, so you have no idea either how to wiggle it on…bummer
