ST Line is different from the ST. Has some of the ST features but importantly NOT the TT 3.0L V6 (as well as several other features).

It’s mostly appearance stuff that the ST Line gets from the ST. Same grille as the ST and a few other things. Biggest difference is the engine. ST Line has the 2.3L. We drove one, it’s very nice but my wife really liked the ST (she secretly likes the extra HP in the ST but won’t admit it to me 🤣).

The Platinum trim is also really nice and up until the 2026 model year, you could get the TT 3.0L V6. They took it away from the Platinum for 2026 (big mistake per my dealer) and gave it to the Tremor line.

We were between a 2025 Platinum with the V6 and the ST. The dealer’s last Platinum had white leather seats, which was a no-go for my wife. Virtually identical features with the exception of the Magride calibration (more performance oriented in the ST obviously) and the trans shift logic (from what I’ve been told, haven’t researched it) and the interior. The take rate for Platinum with the V6 was really high per my dealer, head scratcher as to why they ditched the V6 for that trim. Part of the Ford charm I suppose 🤭

Yes, for 5 days. I wasn't replying to you, simply ones stating MSRP didn't start in the 40's. Active is the lowest trim I've seen on any lot locally. Of course nobody is paying MSRP, but it's a standard basis of comparison.
I understand you weren’t responding to me, but figured I’d chime in. I get it that the employee pricing is only for 6 more days, but that’s the current offer so it’s what I would use as a comparison to shop. I would do the same with any other brand as well, knowing that offers do expire and that pricing would then revert to MSRP after the offer expires. I’d also use that pricing as a negotiating tool after the offer expires. Just my $0.02

OP, it seems clear to me that you should get rid of the GT350, especially because you said that if you were to have any mechanical failures, it would be financially catastrophic for you. With a kid on the way, that seems like an irresponsible roll of the dice.
IMO, sell the GT350 and take decisions which put you on the shortest path to getting a GT350 again in your future. To me, that means buying a used kid hauler with cash.
Selling the GT350 and then buying an equally expensive kid hauler (bronco or explorer) for $50+k puts you in a worse financial position. A $50k bronco or explorer will lose half of its value in a few short years.
If you can't tell, I'm a Dave Ramsey type of guy. The pain of buying a cheaper car for cash now will pay off big time in the long run. Buy a $10-20k used people mover for cash, and you'll be back in a GT350 in a few years.

So I’ll respond since I posted it. It’s current pricing. Not sure what the issue is. And right after this Ford will have another incentive program. All Oem’s do for that matter, referring to domestic before some smartass says Porsche, Lamborghini or Ferarri doesn’t.

Not even an R?! I have been noticing a significant spike in asking prices for all gt350s… $104k for a non-R seems STEEP.

This is a tough decision for sure. You have to weigh all of the factors...including financial, pratical logistics of transortation, etc.
For me it was a 30 year wait before I could afford to purchase a car like this both from a financial and practial stand point. Delayed gratification can be a wonderful thing if balanced properly. I was going to wait until I was retired to purchase one, but decided I needed to enjoy it now and not when I was too old to appreciate it. From the sounds of it you are very young and have a lot of years ahead of you. Do what your gut is telling you. If you have a knot in your stomach all the time when owning and driving it- then sell it. If you are at peace with the ownership then keep it.
That is exactly what is happening. My gut is saying now is the time. While the car guy side of me is crying at getting rid of the GT350.

I am in a unique position. I stand to inherit a fairly large estate in a few years. If I want another GT350 in 5 years, I can get one. Even if the prices go up. It’s just right now that economically and with the family, a more efficient 4 door car and lower payment would be practical.

I have always wanted a GT500. Maybe this is the beginning of that journey.

That’s essentially what I did. I was able to get what I wanted for the GT350 and just got a used 4 door sedan with low mileage. I will use it for 3-4 years until the kid grows ups a bit and can get himself into and out of a backseat.
