How many GT500 CFTP were made vs GT350R?

4141 vs 3637. They built the 350R for 6 years vs only 3 for the CFTP. The R is a pretty rare car all things considered.

Tony, based on the production numbers that I have access to here is what I show.

GT350R - 3,651

CFTP - 4,142

Keep in mind that the official FP GT350R production numbers from 2016 thru 2020 included all of their pre-production R models just as FP did for the 3-year run of the GT500 CFTP cars.

For 2015 FP did not include 4 pre-production GT350R examples that were built at the FRAP in early 2015 therefore I added those 4 units and came up with 41 R models for the 2015 MY and 3,651 vehicles overall.

My calculator got stuck on the CFTP #, and thank you for the R correction. 😁

What would be really interesting to know is how many are left. Lots of wrecked cars over the years. What's the educated guess on that? 15% gone?

And what's the best way for me to find such cars?

Great question and would hope than less than 15% but then again, you just might be spot on!
