Document the progress on my 2018 GT.
I have been an avid mustang owner since my first car! I am very excited to be back in a mustang again! My career line up:
1995 Mustang V6 auto - First car, got ran off the road 3 weeks after purchase. Write off.
1997 Mustang V6 auto - Highschool car. Turned it into a Fobra with bumpers wheels tires etc
2000 Mustang GT 5 speed - Owned for about a year. Learned the hard way about v8 + manual and wiped it out into a parked car.
2002 Mustang GT 5 speed - Owned for a couple years until I found a mint Mach 1.
2003 Mach 1 5 speed - Owned for 10 years. Garage queen, summer driven only. Sold it to fund my business. Miss that car very much.

2018 Mustang GT 6 speed - Purchased April 2025 - 46,000kms. One owner, traded in for a BMW suv.

Cup 2s down and a new set of 305/30/19 and 315/30/19 Michelin Pilot Sport 4s installed. Ride substantially improved for what I do with the car!

Found a set of take off Mach 1 HP fender flares and rear spats! Those are awaiting install. I needed to see how it would look, so I mocked up with masking tape approx how they would cover the front tire poke! I think it makes the HP wheels look perfect.

Really nice car my man! If you want the OEM hardware for the rear spats I’ll give the part numbers:

W714040-S300 x2 - Clips
W716345-S450B x4 - Screws
W714205-S307 x4 - U-Nuts

I don’t know if they’ll bolt right up like the do on the Mach 1, but there if you want it!

Thank you! Yes I have a plan for the front flares, but the rear I am just going to dive in and see what I need. But that helps a lot if I need some hardware!

Pony in the front was more work! I have active grill shutters, so had to remove the front bumper to access the back of the pony! Made it out with no paint damage surprisingly!
