I went with a set of SVE DHP1 Forged Gloss Graphite rims front 19x10 +35mm offset and rear 19x11 +50mm offset, for tires I went with Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires front 285/35/R19 and rear 325/30/R19.

OP, baller wheel and tire sizes. Hopefully its a good tire though. Dont see too many 295/40s, but its a great choice. Hankook makes some good models but could tell which one from the photo.

have a look at my photo above, 275/35/19 has a very small sidewall and is a small tyre overall.. i didn't get it as it looked "odd" and was going to reduce my ride height and ride comfort too much..
I ended up with Front 275/40/19 ( OEM rear size) and Rear 295/40/19

I just wanted to say you have great taste and your car looks incredible. You don't see too many tire setups in a 40 series, most seem to go with a 35 series tire.

But I think I like your setup better actually, it looks beefy instead of rubber bands for tires. I can't make up my mind if I want to do a 275/35/20 and a 295/35/20 or a setup exactly likes yours.

I still have plenty of tread left on my current tires so I have some time to think about it and do some more research. I bet the ride quality is pretty nice on your car too with those tires. What lowering springs do you have?
