Wheel and Tire Opinion

Just purchased 20x10.5 Shelby Style Sn202 (IThink) for the Rear and 19x9.5 for the front

Two Things:

What tires should I get? (Size, Brand, Compound)
How is this going to effect my speedo and how to correct it
