Has anyone ever installed a supercharger and increased pulley size to limit HP?

IMHO turbos is what you want
Turbo on wastegate making 8psi is probably going to make almost as much power as a 10psi centri

seriously a centri is like stock but when you lay into it up top you get some nice power. perfect for someone who likes everything but wanta just a bit "more".
I always wonder when people say stuff like this, if they've driven a PD supercharger...both styles of supercharger drive like stock until you get way into the throttle. A centri just feels like a laggy ass engine until you spin it up.

if you look in my signature...
wastegate springs can be changed i assume you never ran a 4 port wastegate. ive had all 3 types of forced induction. i can get 1psi to as much as i want igniring boost creepwith a 4 port and co2 or compressed air. just put a 4 psi spring..... 8 psi on a turbo isnt something you can say it's just as fast as this other thing at this boost level. Boost is a measure of air restriction a well-flowing car shouldn't have much boost at all so to have one unit that produces a lot of flow versus another one who doesn't have a lot of flow doesn't equate to the same power if the Boost numbers are the same. Drive like stock is an extremely relative term if you pully downit a centri sure it's just like a PD blower but this guy wants a big pulley so it's going to be anemic down low you need to have a little bit of variability in your thought processes everything isn't just blank statements.

Can't really read your run-on sentence, but turbos make quite a bit more power than a supercharger at the same boost level.

The Vortech V3Jt kit on 91 crappy fuel and crappy Ca legal smog tune made 599 to the tires on my car.
It could have been tuned to make even less with less timing.
