Finished the engine cover replacement. I installed a 2018 intake manifold on my 2015 GT. The 2015 engine cover doesn't fit on the 2018 manifold. Easy fix, just order a 2018 engine cover off e-bay. Not so fast smarty pants. It fits, but the cover has an oil filer hole in it, and you need an extension tube to complete the install. So, back to e-bay and just buy the tube, (1) if you can find one. And I did, (2) it won't fit on a 2015 valve cover. Ford changed the threads on the 2018 valve cover, and the tube won't work on the 2015 valve cover. I had ordered a filler tube, and it was too short for this application, but the threads were correct for the 2015 valve cover. All is not lost. I cut off the threads of the two tubes. I bored out the 2015 piece to 1.108" I made a fixture to hold the 2018 tube and put in on a rotary table mounted in my milling machine and removed the excess material until it too measured 1.108". Then after a test fit I used some JB weld and covered all mating surfaces, after a good cleaning with brake clean. I pressed the two pieces together filled the seam with JB weld. After it cured, I made sure it would not come apart and installed it. I know that most of you are saying just go without the cover, right. Well, I happen to think that 5.0 motor without a cover looks like crap with the hose's running over the fuel rails. Now it looks like a 2018 and don't think the sharpest eyes could pick out what I did.

I added some more sprinkles on the cake!
Speedform's Washer, Coolant, Oil, and Brake billet caps. Very nice and goes with the theme of the GT/CS.

Added Scott Drake's fog light bezel and gloss clear coated it to match the gloss black of the grille. It always bothered me that there was a small gap between the light and the bumper cover. Now this bezel completes the look.

It may look like the bumper is scratched up but it's just a tick of the light. I was in bright sunlight.
