Welp, got her home. Introducing, my new to me, 2023 Mach 1. After a solid hour drive home, I definitely made the right choice. This car is better than my GT in every way (at least the ways that matter to me). Thanks everyone here for the conversation and opinions. It was helpful, the few that dislike the A10 even helped me feel a bit vindicated.

Now to figure out what to do with my username...
You done real good OP, best color of all!

I may be a little biased, but whatever…

"JustAnotherMustang" feels appropriate :giggle:
My current name is from how my wife and I referenced my GT when we were shopping. We kept saying "we really should go look at that silver car", not sure why we kept it so generic in conversation. I found it kinda funny so kept it as a username. Might keep it and change my avatar picture to cause confusion.

Love it. Yes, my vote is you keep it now that we have the story. Heck, you could even keep your current pic to really throw everyone off.

Did anyone give him an ”I told you so” yet? 😂

Congratulations! It’s different in ways that are hard to quantify in forum threads. It’s more of an experience.

Congrats, looks nice :like: enjoy the beast. I just got to work after a spirited drive through the tall freeway walls on an exit in sport + mode. The sound and the crisp shifting is the best. H-pipe makes it even better highly recommended. Oh and as a bonus on the way I had a little rev greeting exchange with a badass GT350 with a wrap.

Also Make sure you go read through the best thread for Mach 1

I forgot to mention the car already has an H pipe from the PO. Sounds amazing, truly intoxicating, makes me wish I'd done it on my GT.

Potentially, I found a google doc with the part numbers already. But I don't hate how it looks now tbh.

Personally I just like the rear spoiler (minus the Gurney flap) and rear splash guards for looks. I took the splitter and fender flares off mine.

Same with the spoiler, I like the birds nest wheels and the wider stance too. I could take or leave the front splitter, I'd probably just get annoyed with it rubbing stuff.

Pro tip - if you decide to upgrade the wheels to HP style, get the aftermarket SVE wheels. They are lighter, and the 10" width fronts don't poke out as much as the factory 10.5" fronts. The rears are still 11". 👍🏻

EDIT: also be aware the 30 profile tires that come factory on the HP wheels drop the car a good amount. Many people like me prefer a 35 profile.

Thanks for the tip, actually had the SVE SP2 wheels on my GT.
